"I look back and think of how much of a disservice I was doing to myself by not investing time and effort into my personal maintenance.
Like many of us, the pandemic caused me to spend the majority of my time indoors, at home and searching for ways to better myself. I immediately noticed how uplifted and good I would feel when I paid more attention and acted on what my body needed. This is what inspired my journey towards improving my physical wellness and appearance.
It started with immune health and the need to encourage lymphatic drainage.. I later discovered various at home spa-like experiences using different tools and devices.. I fell in love with the practices! The rewards of being consistent with my pamper routines are wonderful and everyone deserves to experience the same.
